Fortiva Projects was founded on a simple belief: technology infrastructure projects deserve dedicated, specialist project management — not someone trying to manage delivery alongside their day job.

Fortiva Projects is a Midlands-based technology infrastructure project management consultancy, specialising in CCTV, access control, network infrastructure and IoT deployments.
With 20+ years of hands-on experience across the physical security and infrastructure sectors, our founder has seen almost every way a technology project can go wrong — and built Fortiva to prevent it.
We work with security integrators, facilities teams, main contractors and end clients across the UK — bringing the structure, oversight and specialist knowledge that complex infrastructure projects demand.
Fortiva Projects Ltd is registered in England & Wales.
We're based in the Midlands and deliver projects UK-wide — from single-site installations to complex multi-location programmes.
We operate under CIS for qualifying construction work and hold appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

Fortiva Projects was founded by Neil Bostock, bringing more than 20 years of hands-on experience in technology infrastructure and project delivery.
That experience includes CCTV, access control, IoT, footfall and people-counting systems, and network infrastructure, with experience spanning commercial, retail and retail property environments throughout the UK.
From live shopping centres and operational retail sites to construction-stage projects and major refurbishments, Neil has experience delivering technology projects in environments where contractors, site teams, trading operations, programme constraints and multiple stakeholders all need to be coordinated.
This practical background means Fortiva understands more than project management. We understand the systems being deployed, the environments they're being installed into and the challenges that can affect delivery.
